Payment
I accept credit cards, HSA cards, checks, and cash as payment.
Insurance
If you have insurance, you can be reimbursed directly by your carrier. Prior to making an appointment, please call your insurance company to see if you have benefits. (About 85% of carriers will only cover pain related disorders.)
After your appointment, I will provide a superbill with appropriate codes that you can submit directly to your carrier for reimbursement. In most cases, the companies respond much faster to their clients then practitioners, and payments are made in a timely fashion.
